 *This class is held IN-PERSON in the Community Room. Class will be socially distant, and please do not attend if feeling ill*

This relaxing class is set to warm light and includes restorative poses for all levels, abilities, and body types with a focus on hips and low back support.

Men, women, and children over age 7 are welcome to attend. Limited mats and towels available.
