This energetic class instructed by a 200-hr Registered Yoga Teacher will help you shape and tone muscle, enhance cardio fitness, and regulate your breath and body to movement. This class includes modifications for both complete beginners and advanced students.

Men, women, and children 7 or older are welcome to attend!
